1. Information we collect
When you create an account or apply for a job through Empire Overseas Recruitment, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, CV/resume, cover letters, and any other materials you submit as part of an application.
We also collect usage data automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, to improve our service and ensure security.
Information from other Empire brands. Empire Overseas Recruitment is one of several brands operated by Empire Education FZE LLC and its affiliates, alongside EmpireO.AI, Empire Overseas Education and Learn With Empire. If you already have a profile with one of those brands, we may retrieve details from it so we can offer them to you here instead of asking you to type them again — your name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, city and state, highest qualification, institution, academic score, field of study, year of completion, English test and result, preferred destinations, intended intake, level of study, and a link to your CV.
We only do this once your email address is verified, and only where you have permitted it on the brand that holds the profile. Anything we retrieve is shown to you and labelled with the brand it came from — nothing is saved to your Empire Overseas Recruitment profile unless you choose to apply it. We do not request your identity or academic documents, and we do not use any of this for advertising. To stop it, email privacy@empireoverseasrecruitment.com.

3. Data sharing
We share your application data with the specific employers you apply to. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymised, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
We may also share data with service providers who assist us in operating the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery, error tracking), subject to strict data processing agreements.
4. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Your rights

6. Cookies
